Washington, D.C. – Today, Tuesday, September 8, Congresswoman Deb Haaland, Vice Chair of the House Natural Resources Committee, will explore environmental justice issues in New Mexico during the House Natural Resources Committee’s ongoing work to build support for Chairman Grijalva and Rep. McEachin’s Environmental Justice for All Act. The bill continues to gather momentum, with Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) introducing a Senate companion bill on July 30.
