PSA: Haaland Marks National Voter Registration Day by Encouraging Eligible Voters to Register to Vote

Washington, D.C – To mark National Voter Registration Day, Congresswoman Deb Haaland (NM-01) is encouraging eligible voters to register to vote. Those who would like to register to vote or update their registration can visit USA.gov/voting.

Congresswoman Deb Haaland is a long-time organizer who has worked to increase access to the ballot box in New Mexico and particularly in Indian Country and rural areas for nearly twenty years. Her same Day Voter Registration bill, which will ensure anyone who shows up to vote has the opportunity to participate in democracy, was included in H.R. 1 when it passed the U.S. House.
