Albuquerque, N.M. – Today, Congresswoman Deb Haaland (NM-01) will host a virtual social justice roundtable with local black community leaders to discuss legislative solutions that will address institutional racism in the United States.

The roundtable comes as the country continues to grapple with the murder of unarmed black people at the hands of police, and President Trump’s call for the use of military in light of peaceful protests and civil unrest in Albuquerque and across the country.
